ABSTRACT

Alex Williams is an English animator and son of famed animator Richard Williams. He went to college originally to study law and became a barrister in London. While working as a research assistant at the House of Commons, Alex created a comic strip that ran in the London Times called The Queens Counsel. For this strip he was awarded the Cartoon Art Trust Award for Strip Cartooning in October 2017. He has animated on films like The Iron Giant, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Monster House, Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron, and Open Season.
