ABSTRACT
For over 80 years, one of the most enduring and quirky landmarks in Seattle has been the City Light Steam Plant. A huge loaf of a building, its towering smoke stacks made it seem like an ocean liner had somehow gotten itself beached on the shore of Lake Union.
