Uniform and Absolute Continuities and Functions of Bounded Variation

In this chapter, we will introduce uniform and absolute continuities. Uniform continuity is stronger than the continuity, whereas absolute continuity is stronger than the uniform continuity. Absolute continuity plays an important role in Lebesgue’s theory of differentiation and integration. Here, we will also discuss functions of bounded variation.
