Network-on-Chip Testing

Chapter 5, titled “Network-on-Chip Testing,” discusses thermal-aware testing problems for a special variant of system-on-chip (SoC) called network-on-chip (NoC). NoC contains within it a message transport framework between the modules. The framework can also be used to transport test data. Optimization algorithms have been reported for the thermal-aware test scheduling problem for NoC.
