ABSTRACT
ABDP is that identified defect patterns can be used to
predict possible defects generated by subsequent actions.
The remainder of this entry is organized as follows: the
“Related Work” section discusses software defects and
related studies. The “Action-Based Defect Prevention”
section describes the architecture of the ABDP approach.
The “Action Modeling” section depicts several ABDP
modeling techniques. The “Deployment of the ABDP”
section describes the deployment process for the ABDP
approach. The “Discussion” section presents experimen-
tal results and a discussion. Conclusions are presented in
the final section.
