ABSTRACT
This topic, in some cases more than any other, reaches into and affects all of the other domains included in the CPP
exam. Even if the security professional does the right thing but in the wrong way it can become a disaster for all involved. It can leave the security professional and the management of the company open to lawsuits and even criminal sanctions.
