Physical Abusers’ and Sex Offenders’ Responses When Questioned about Their Crimes

Physical and sexual offenders generally react to confrontation about their offense behavior in similar ways. There are basically three patterns of offenders — those that will admit their offense behavior, those that will partially admit (minimizers), and those that deny their offense.
