ABSTRACT

This chapter contains six neuropsychological reports that were written by neuropsychologists involved in medicolegal cases. Three of these reports were written at the request of the plaintiff’s attorney. The remaining three were written at the request of the defendant’s attorney. The names, dates, and various hospitals and treatment centers listed in these reports have been changed to conceal their identities. Any resemblance to actual persons or places is purely coincidental. Each of these reports has been critically reviewed to help the reader recognize its strengths and limitations.
