ABSTRACT
This case study presents the analysis of a company in the service industry. The advantage of using Process Oriented Analysis is immediately obvious for large and complex systems. For an enterprise operated by only a few persons and a system being relatively simple, the operation may appear to be straightforward, and the benefits of POA may not be as clear. However, POA can be quite useful and beneficial even when applied to a small-scale operation, as will be shown in this case study that analyses the running of a bar.
