ABSTRACT
To better understand the molecular basis for activity of a certain group of pharmacologically active agents, it is important to understand how these drug molecules interact with their sites of action. In our laboratories, such studies have involved the combined use of biophysical and biochemical methods and could only be realized with the successful design and synthesis of appropriate molecular probes.
