A fast-growing subspecialty of neuropsychology is forensic neuropsychology, where the results of neuropsychological assessment are used to address legal questions within the courtroom or other such legal arena (Horton and Hartlage, 2003). However, when clinical neuropsychologists enter the forensic arena there are several challenges to overcome.
