ABSTRACT
Industrial gas turbines are defined as all gas turbines other than aircraft gas turbines or aero engines [1]. Industrial gas turbine is basically a turboshaft engine. Historically, industrial gas turbine had its roots planted much further back in time than its aero engine counterpart and again these roots sprouted in European soil [2].
