ABSTRACT
For instance, the White Book defines administrative controls in its broader sense to
include management involvement in the training of employees, rotation of employees,
air or biological sampling, medical surveillance, and housekeeping. In this sense, almost
all forms of source control (except substitution) involve one or more components of
administrative control as would all receiver controls and even some evaluations.
