ABSTRACT
Building an analytical pipeline to manage your workflow processes can save time and improve consistency by establishing a set automated routine that is followed every time. Bioinformaticists frequently utilize HMM databases as part of their pipelines. Chapter 5 refers to the development and use of HMM databases in an automated bioinformatics workflow. There are at least three ways to set up an analytical pipeline on your own server:
