ABSTRACT
The technique of total skin electron irradiation (TSEI), or total skin electron therapy
(TSET), is used to treat a variety of cutaneous malignancies where most or all of the skin is
involved. The aim is to treat the whole skin to as uniform a dose as possible, both circumfer-
