ABSTRACT
The number of available and potential radiopharmaceuticals for targeted radiotherapy has
increased greatly since the early days of systemic radionuclide therapy. Table 58.1 provides
some examples of radiopharmaceuticals together with current or potential applications.
The following sections provide more information on the principles of the tumour-targeting
mechanisms involved.
