ABSTRACT
EN9: The reader should understand clearly the purpose and intent of this Appendix and of all treatments of number-driven methods in this book. This Appendix is not intended to be a comprehensive treatment of number-driven technical analysis in the futures area. It is presented to give the reader a brief survey of some of the methods used by this breed of analysts. The original authors of this work (and the present editor) were and are chart analysts and practitioners of natural systems. AND I believe that the methods presented here can be better used when practiced by a competent chart analyst.
