ABSTRACT

As stated, one of the goals of this book is to help readers think through the management and mitigation of potential crises that may befall their workplace. Appendix A presents three scenarios through which the reader can apply “hands-on” knowledge. The first two take place in a hospital setting, the third with a small community bank. While these may not be similar to the reader’s work organization, they should still provide the necessary thoughtfulness required to address the human impact of crisis management.
