ABSTRACT
It may be a cliché, but it is true that people are a company’s most important asset. Without the right people, the organization, physical plant, and products of a company cannot succeed. This chapter will deal with how to find, train, and retain the best people. The plastics industry has some special needs in this regard, which we shall see.
