ABSTRACT
With a spectrofluorimeter, the types of measurements that can be performed are mainly: i) emission spectra, where the emission intensity as a function of the emission wavelength is observed; ii) excitation spectra, where the emission intensity as a function of the excitation wavelength is observed; iii) qualitative and quantitative measurements; iv) luminescence quantum yields determinations.
