ABSTRACT
The space lattice of Rh belongs to the cubic system, and its face-centered cubic lattice has a lattice
constant of aZ0.371559 nm (188C).
To obtain vacuum evaporated films, Rh is electrolysized on the W spiral to use as a heater or
evaporated by direct current feeding on the Rh foil.
