Reports, whether oral or written, can range from minimal to extensive. Many ATTORNEYS request reports other than opinion reports. This aspect depends on the needs of the ATTORNEY and must be discussed very early in the arrangement. By no means should the EXPERT ever send anything in writing until a request is made by the ATTORNEY!
