In this chapter, we present techniques that lower the risk that goes along with change. This includes a methodology for what to do next, after the foundations for supply chain change described in Chapters 10 and 11 are in place. Here, we describe ways to organize the overall change program, lending coherence to the efforts. These measures will better assure the linkage between ongoing programs for change and the strategic intent that leads to their formulation.
