ABSTRACT
This chapter describes in some detail the products generated and the issues faced during the three phases of a supply chain improvement effort. Its purpose is to integrate and expand on material presented in earlier chapters, pulling together various aspects of supply chain redesign. Where appropriate, the chapters are noted when a reference to material in that chapter is made. In Chapter 30, we described a prestudy, a short analytical effort to set the stage for changing the supply chain. This chapter lays out the path ahead once the prestudy is completed.
