ABSTRACT
Process reports relate processes, past or future, and draw conclusions. These often serve as the catalyst for larger, more inclusive summary reports that gather large bodies of data and comprehensively draw conclusions. While the distinctions are not always as clear as they are for the purposes of this book, you should think of summary reports as the end result of a project or the completion of a milestone in a larger undertaking.
