ABSTRACT
The PI will identify subinvestigators participating in the clinical trial on the Statement of Investigator form (Form FDA 1572) in Section 6. Only those physicians named on Form 1572 should perform study-specific procedures or determine data to be entered on Case Report Forms (CRFs). The role of subinvestigators is discussed in detail in Chapter 2.
