ABSTRACT
In this chapter we supply the readers with the necessary knowledge to follow the proofs of the results throughout the book. Two areas should be well understood for this purpose, namely:
Fixed point theory. Schauder’s or Tikhonov’s fixed point theorem are the main ingredients of most existence theorems in this book.
