ABSTRACT
Before and after the discharge, the system pressure remains constant, indicating that the total number of gases remains constant without electrical discharge. One important aspect that can be deduced from Figures 4.1 and 4.2 is that the composition of gas phase changes continuously with discharge time in an LCVD environment, especially in a closed-system discharge.
