ABSTRACT
The influence of input power on the CDST is shown in Figure 17.16. The CDST decreases with the increase of input power. System pressure also influences the CDST in an AMT plasma system. The CDST expands with the decrease of system pressure. These two features are general characteristics of DC glow discharge, although the thickness of dark space has not been quantitatively examined.
