ABSTRACT

It is becoming rare for employees to not use PCs in order to perform their daily responsibilities. It is becoming even more rare that individuals and employees do not have access to e-mail and the Internet or, for that matter, a personal Web site. Networks, Internet, new software applications, software targeted at hobbies, and personal productivity tools have given just about every profession and every individual a reason to become computer literate. Computer literacy and the preponderance of computer users have provided the link and the know-how for those individuals with other than positive productivity and efficiency in mind to exploit networks and computer resources for personal gain and resulting in a negative impact to the organization.
