ABSTRACT
The APIM provides a method of accelerating Process Improvement using some of the very popular Agile Programming techniques to accomplish many of the needed activities. It is a great method to use to kick the Process Improvement effort off to a good start or to continue improving the processes. It all depends upon the organization’s ultimate goals.
