ABSTRACT

The people aspects of Process Improvement can be more challenging than the Process Improvement aspects. They are key to success and failure but finding the right people for the various roles can be difficult. Unfortunately, some organizations put people on the process team because they don’t have another area for them at the moment instead of based on their skills. That is a mistake. The Process Staff should be the best of the best in order to smooth the progress of the changes needed for an entire organization.
