ABSTRACT
Process Improvement is difficult whether you accelerate the process improvement effort or take it slow and easy. It means changing the way an organization’s staff operate and people don’t take to changes easily. By accelerating the process improvement effort staff begin to see changes quickly so that they can start to adapt to the changes.
