ABSTRACT
As has been stated previously, software implementation is more than simply installing software. Implementation is a multifaceted, multistep process; however, installing and testing software is a critical step in that process. It is essential that the “vanilla” software be installed and tested before any changes — no matter how small — are made and before any configuration is begun.
