ABSTRACT
In this appendix, we look at those qualities that make a distribution center world class. We look at 18 qualities or attributes. Your distribution center or warehouse does not need to meet every one of these attributes. However, the more of them that you do meet, the better the service you can provide to your customer. The better you meet the needs of the customer, the better your chances of increasing your customer base.
