ABSTRACT

Each configuration is described in terms of its complete loop, that is, the product flow from producer through consumer and information flow back from consumer through to the producer. Even the most basic configuration, Supply Chain, assumes that a company recognizes that it is part of a flow of goods and information and has relationships with its suppliers and its customers on both these levels. The nature, extent, and impact of those relationships evolve as we move from Supply Chain to Optimal Supply Chain for Liquids.
