Figure 14.2 illustrates the dependencies among the three requirements notations (functionality tree, functionality screen, and behavior table) and their implementing source code. The dependencies are denoted by arrows. The numbers on the arrows represent the sequence of propagation of the ripple effect of a stimulus change through the software system.
