ABSTRACT
The previous chapters dealt with various methodologies for developing systems and showed how the use of Six Sigma tools could enhance them. When discussing client/server and Web-based systems, the primary issue is not methodology, but technology. As a result, a different set of Six Sigma tools comes into play.
