ABSTRACT
The watershed management plan provides the implementation framework, which includes management practices, outreach, monitoring, and evaluation activities. It also includes all the activities necessary to execute the management plan and achieve the goals and objectives. Partners need to dedicate human and financial resources to support the various implementation activities depending on their interest, resource availability, and authority. Coordination and cooperation among partners are essential for successful implementation.
