ABSTRACT
National Environmental Information Exchange Network,
a voluntary, standards-based, Web-based network designed to improve the quality of environmental data and facilitate public access to it. EPA solicits applications for grants to states, the District of Columbia, trust territories and federally recognized Indian tribes that can be used to build capabilities for participating in the network (see Contacts).
