ABSTRACT
As students of physics and others know, Albert Einstein was in pursuit of the Unified Field Theory. In a nutshell, he sought the unifying fundamental truth that underlay and explained all universal phenomena, such as gravity and light. I have studied the workings of corporations for a long time. If the mechanics of such organizations are
any
indication of how the universe operates, it is my opinion that Dr. Einstein was never going to get there. Of course, I jest about the link between organizations and the physics of the universe, but the risk/uncertainty (R/U) environment within most corporations can be relatively chaotic and is no joke.
