ABSTRACT
The regulatory filing of biological products is made in accordance with the rules established by the regulatory agencies as shown below. These rules are being revised worldwide to accommodate filings of generic biological products, particularly therapeutic proteins. Most of the current chatter about the therapeutic proteins revolves around their regulatory status.
