ABSTRACT
Nanostructured materials such as quantum dot superlattices (QDS) and quantum wire arrays have
recently attracted attention as novel materials for thermoelectric applications.
There has been a
significant body of theoretical work on the subject
as well as experimental reports on the
thermoelectric properties of nanostructured materials.
