ABSTRACT
Thermoelectric cooler (TEC) heat transfer systems, particularly mini-liquid heat exchangers, have been
improved by an order of magnitude over the last few years. This chapter aims to show that TECs with a
material quality of ZT ¼ 0.95 are commercially viable when combined with newly-available heat transfer
systems.
