ABSTRACT
There are two important elements for solving any problem — the problem itself and the experience and creativity of the solver. In Chapter 1, we discussed some ideas about problems. Now, before we begin to study the TRIZ heuristics and instruments for resolution of problems, it seems suitable to discuss this topic in more detail.
