ABSTRACT
The author has always felt it was part of his duty as a member of the investigation/reconstruction team to educate the client in the technology and basic language of accident investigation and reconstruction. Some attorneys were educated as engineers and even they need some assistance in understanding the precise information the investigator/reconstructionist is trying to impart.
