ABSTRACT
This chapter is placed last for what I consider to be a good reason: site-specific chemical cross-linking is an application of the various reagents that have been discussed in the preceding chapters and issues regarding reactivity and specificity have been considered. It is simply impossible to cover the many applications of protein cross-linking in a single chapter, and the reader is directed to several excellent reviews.
