ABSTRACT
Churg-Strauss syndrome (allergic granulomatosis)
is a combination of asthma associated with necrotizing vasculitis, eosinophilic tissue inÞltrates, and extravascular granulomas.
Allergic orchitis:
The immunization of guinea pigs with autologous extracts of the testes incorporated into Freund’s complete adjuvant leads to lymphocytic inÞltrate in the testis and antisperm cytotoxic antibodies in the serum 2 to 8 weeks after inoculation. Human males who have been vasectomized may also develop allergic orchitis.
