ABSTRACT
This chapter describes genotype and genotype-by-environment (GGE) biplot software, a Windows application for conducting GGE biplot analysis. GGEbiplot provides fully automatic GGE biplot analysis; it accomplishes in a few seconds a job that would take weeks or months using conventional tools. It reveals patterns and addresses breeding problems that no other method can, it turns irksome data analysis into an enjoyable interactive experience, it incorporates modules that facilitate data manipulation, and it generates graphics ready for scientific publication and professional presentation.
