ABSTRACT
The objective of this chapter is to present methods for assessing or scoring expert opinions, measuring the uncertainty contents in individual opinions, aggregated or combined opinions, and selecting an optimal opinion. The methods presented are based on developments in expert opinion elicitation and uncertainty-based information of information science.
